| PCB Coating Line Overview


The coating line is designed for high-precision PCB and LED production. Multi-axis robots with adjustable spray valves provide uniform conformal coverage for adhesives, solder masks, and protective coatings. The integrated conveyor ensures stable board transport with adjustable height and width. IR/UV curing zones maintain consistent temperature, and independent cooling protects components. CCD vision monitors the coating process in real time. The system provides a fully automated workflow, optimizing throughput, minimizing material waste, and maintaining high-quality PCB surface protection across diverse production volumes.

High-Precision Coating Robots

Multi-axis robots deliver precise coating on complex PCB and LED surfaces. Adjustable spray valves handle a wide range of viscosities and material types, ensuring consistent thickness and coverage. Automated height detection and edge recognition prevent overflow and under-coverage. The system supports both single- and double-sided coating. High repeatability and uniformity minimize material waste while maintaining consistent quality, critical for SMT and DIP PCB assemblies with dense components or high-value LEDs.

Conveyor and Board Handling

The line features a durable aluminum and stainless steel conveyor with stepper motor drive for accurate board positioning. Width and height are adjustable to accommodate various PCB dimensions. Buffer zones and push mechanisms stabilize boards during coating and curing. Fiber optic sensors detect board presence and alignment to prevent misfeeds or collisions. Optional return and spacing adjustments provide flexibility for high-density PCB lines, ensuring stable throughput and reliable coating quality for large-scale production.

Integrated Curing and Process Monitoring

IR/UV curing zones provide controlled, uniform heat for rapid curing of adhesives and coatings. Independent cooling zones prevent PCB overheating.
